WabiSabi Wellness is about health and fitness that goes beyond exercise, and encompasses the body, the mind, and the spirit.  Take classes in yoga, tai chi, and Pilates to strengthen your body, stimulate your mind, and refresh your spirit.

Dr. Grace Tsuyuki teaches group classes in Sterling, Virginia.  Individualized personal training is available through private arrangements.

The Adventure Begins

We’re doing it!  I can’t believe it.  It has been such a roller-coaster ride trying to figure out how to get this crazy dream of mine off the ground.  I’ve so desperately wanted to live in Taiwan for the past ten years that I can’t believe the dream is actually coming true.  It all started 20+ years ago when I made a promise to myself on the steps of Chiang Kai-shek Memorial to come back one day with my children to see Taiwan.  Fast-forward twenty years and a total of four kids later, and now we’re getting ready to start an adventure of a lifetime.  I can’t wait....

GRATITUDE FOR GRACE – I had spent years with pain in various parts of my body when I met Grace, Tai Chi, and Qigong two years ago.
